Cajon Trout or Salmon

1.  Soak trout in soy sauce for 10-15 minutes, keep skin on

2.  Apply SPG-salt pepper and garlic

3.  Warm grill up to medium heat-  put a tinfoil boat down on non direct heat side

4.  Put four 1/4" inch thick butter chunks down on the grill

5.  Place trout skin side down on butter chunks

6.  Completely cover flesh side of trout with Cajun seasoning

7.  Place three 1/4" inch thick butter chunks on top of Cajun seasoning

8.  Fold tin foil of top and seal up the fish

9.  Cook 4-8 minutes or until the fish flakes

Coconut Honey Coho

also works with trout and salmon

1. Soak Coho in soy sauce for 10-15 minutes

2. Apply salt and pepper to fillet

3. Warm up fry pan to medium heat on the stove

4. Melt two large spoon full of coconut oil in the fry pan

5.  Place Coho fillets down in oil-drizzle honey on the top side and cook for 45 seconds to one minute 

6.  Flip the fillet and drizzle more honey on the new top side

7.  Flip again after a minute and drizzle with honey

8.  Flip again after a minute and drizzle with honey

9.  Cook for a total of 5-7 minutes or until the meat flakes
