1.  $400 deposit  is required to reserve your trip. Your card will not be charged until payment is due at
      the end of our trip.  Your 400$ deposit will only be charged if there is a no-show for our charter.
2.  Cancellations must be made 14 days prior in order to receive a full refund.
3   If you cancel a trip with in two days of our schedules trip we have to charge full price.
4.  Trip times will not be extended if the client show up late.
5.  Gratuity is not included in the price below and is very much appreciated.
6.  Gift certificates are available.
7.  Trip times are from when we leave the dock to when we return to the dock.
8.  If you are traveling from a long distance, we ask that you call the Captain before you leave home to
     discuss the weather forecast. When waves get extreme, 3 foot or bigger, we usually cancel
     (DETERMINED BY THE CAPTAIN). Customers rarely have a good time with waves that big and we would
      love to save you that long DRIVE.  Safety first,  second and always.​​
